RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, pending approval by Rhino's customer service team. To return items to Adam's Polishes for warranty, guarantee, or satisfaction claims, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@rhinoclearcoatings.com
Customer is entitled to their choice of an exchange for like items, refund, or store credit, pending review of the items and reason for return is evaluated by a member of Rhino’s customer service team.
Custom Application Services:
If you paid a third-party company to coat your personal parts (like auto parts or firearms), you must contact that specific applicator directly.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in sale-able condition within 14 days of receipt. When issuing a refund, we will need to see proof of your original purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
For safety reasons we cannot offer refunds on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose. Please note, if you purchased our products through another reseller, you will need to return the products to the original place you purchased them.
Returns are simple and easy. If you need to return an item, simply contact info@rhinoclearcoatings.com as to why you are returning the products (please include contact details) and your original proof of purchase to:
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item, unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
Time Limit: You have 30 days from the purchase date to send items back.
Condition: Items must be in new and unopened condition.
Shipping: Shipping is free on orders over $99. However, you may need to pay for return shipping depending on their current terms.
The Rhino warranty is intentionally simple.
It covers the coating itself against excessive loss of gloss, chipping, peeling, or fading over its stated life. That is, it. It does not promise perpetual water beading. It does not claim the surface will look flawless forever. It does not guarantee that the environment will somehow stop affecting your vehicle.
And it does not warranty the clear coat.
That part sometimes surprises people, but it shouldn’t. Ceramic coatings do not cause clear coat failure. It is the result of manufacturing defects, UV exposure, time, climate, and years of environmental stress. By the time a coating is applied, the long-term fate of the clear coat was already written by factors far beyond the installer or the product.
The coating protects. It does not reverse time.
